What it is

A web app that runs you through realistic workplace scenarios — a tough client, a skeptical exec, a difficult teammate — and coaches your delivery in real time, then scores it.

Why I built it

I wanted to see how far a solo builder could take a genuinely useful AI product: real personas, tiered access, live feedback. It taught me more about shipping than any course.

What it taught me

Building the whole loop — auth, tiering, prompt design, evals — is where the real learning was. General chatbots can imitate the pitch; they can't imitate having shipped it.

What it is

An agent that interviews you about an AI system and produces a structured governance assessment — mapped to real frameworks — that a risk team can actually use as a starting point.

Why I built it

This is my day job meeting my night job. Governance work is slow and repetitive at the intake stage; an agent handles the first 80% so humans spend time on judgment, not boilerplate.

What it taught me

Domain expertise is the moat. The value wasn't the model — it was knowing which questions a real assessment has to ask and how to structure the output.

What it is

A tool for governance, risk & compliance teams that turns plain-language descriptions of a risk into a properly structured register entry — likelihood, impact, controls, owner.

Why I built it

Small teams live in spreadsheets. I wanted to see if an agent could remove the blank-page problem of risk documentation without forcing anyone into heavyweight GRC software.

What it taught me

Constraints beat cleverness. A tight, opinionated schema produced far more useful output than an open-ended 'assess this risk' prompt.

Why I built it

My first taste of shipping something people actually pay for. Low stakes, real feedback, and a crash course in positioning and digital product distribution.

What it taught me

Distribution is a skill of its own. Making the thing is maybe half the work; getting it in front of the right person is the other half.
